Yvonne Delet is a playwright and screenwriter.
Her screenplays BARRYOKE, KING OF KARAOKE and DADDY’S LITTLE GIRL were both Finalists two years in a row in the Find the Funny 2nd and 3rd Annual Comedy Screenplay Contest and are both being considered by several production companies.
DADDY’S LITTLE GIRL, a dark coming of age comedy was also a Semi-Finalist in the Scriptapalooza Screenplay Contest and received an Honorable Mention in the Expose It Comedy Screenplay Contest both in 2005.
Theater Double, a Philadelphia based Theater Company, produced her full-length play SLIPPING at The Walnut Street Theater. In New York City, her one-act plays, THE WAITRESS was performed at The Looking Glass Theater, NO GUARANTEES was produced by The Common Basis Theater and SLIPPING had a reading with the prestigious Barrow Group Theater Company. Yvonne has participated in the production Instant Theater produced by Ten Grand Productions.
